My visit included a vegan fry up. This option catered to my dietary needs very well. The bar atmosphere was vibrant, I enjoyed the cocktails. The hotel spa was relaxing, which completed my enjoyable stay. I really appreciated the cleanliness.
I noticed the water temperature in the shower fluctuated rapidly. This made showering uncomfortable.

The bar food was excellent and the ambience was great. Staff were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated that the staff brought the cooked food to my table. They were always courteous. They asked if I wanted my tea refreshed. I felt well looked after

The staff at the bar were polite and friendly.
The room was not great. I think the bathroom really needs an update. It felt very old. the fire alarm went off early one morning. Nobody offered an apology at checkout.
