spacious room clean linen cute staff shower temperature plumber visit disappointing issue
the room was super clean with very clean linen and towels. breakfast was delicious and the staff were very cute.
the shower temperature fluctuated dramatically. it went from hot to cold instantaneously. a plumber visited but the issue was not resolved. i found it disappointing.

loud traffic inadequate insulation
the staff was very friendly.
my room faced the street, so I experienced loud traffic noise. The windows offered inadequate sound insulation, and opening them only amplified the disturbance.

My room was a Family Room, and it was HUGE!!! The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The bathroom decor appears slightly outdated.

vegan fry up vibrant bar relaxing spa
My visit included a vegan fry up. This option catered to my dietary needs very well. The bar atmosphere was vibrant, I enjoyed the cocktails. The hotel spa was relaxing, which completed my enjoyable stay. I really appreciated the cleanliness.
I noticed the water temperature in the shower fluctuated rapidly. This made showering uncomfortable.

The family room contained two big double beds and a comfortable leather sofa. The beds are really comfortable. The room was spacious.

The food from the bar menu offered amazing options. Breakfast was buffet style. There was an very nice monster T-Bone Steak. I recommend kipper for breakfast.

The location is a short drive from town. It is about ten minutes by taxi to get in and out in the evening. The hotel is a good central point for visiting sites.

The bar food was excellent and the ambience was great. Staff were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated that the staff brought the cooked food to my table. They were always courteous. They asked if I wanted my tea refreshed. I felt well looked after
The room decor felt somewhat outdated. It could benefit from some modernization.

The family room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It provided plenty of space for relaxation. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was easily adjustable. I found the provided amenities to be more than adequate.

The hotel provides ample parking , very convenient. The location is a short drive to local attractions. It makes exploring the area easy. I found the hotel to be a good base for seeing the surrounding sites.

outdated bathroom fire alarm
The staff at the bar were polite and friendly.
The room was not great. I think the bathroom really needs an update. It felt very old. the fire alarm went off early one morning. Nobody offered an apology at checkout.
